GIC Flexlab Program

Located within the 103,000 SF Greencourt Innovation Center facility, the GIC Flex Lab Program offers move-in ready wet labs ranging from 200 SF to 15,000 SF, for emerging biotech companies in Montgomery County. We provide all of the core lab infrastructures and services to support life science startups as they build and scale their businesses.  

 

Our wet labs were strategically designed with conjoining entryways between each suite to allow tenants  the flexibility to expand without having to move offsite to fulfill their ever-changing space requirements.  As companies grow their operations, they can easily reassess their space needs at GIC and rent additional on-demand lab space whenever necessary (Subject to availability).

GIC Labs feature spacious and customizable floorplans, designed with the latest technology in biotech research in mind. The labs come equipped with a range of specialized biotech equipment, creating a workspace that is ideal for both small and large scale research projects.
